I’m James. Along with our Kitchen Manager, Laura, and our small team of bakers, we make handmade proper sausage rolls in our little production kitchen in Mells, outside of Frome, 10 miles south of Bath. The pastry is made to a secret recipe known only by us and is handmade, crispy and flaky. The meat that we use is real free range: outdoor reared, high welfare and locally sourced in East Somerset from truly brilliant small-holdings and farms. We pride ourselves on making the best sausage rolls we can, without skimping, and then going from there – which is why we are becoming so popular.
We won Small Business of the Year 2016 at the Mendip Business Awards recently, are a Multiple Great Taste Award Winner and a favourite with so many of our customers.
We specialise in working some of the largest and most prestigious events in the country, ranging from music festivals to food festivals, farmers markets, country fairs and agricultural shows. We also have a next day nationwide sausage roll delivery service, which we’re really proud of. Please ask us about wholesale - we supply to establishments all over the country.
